These are the answers to, "Um, Do you really want to go the fair in the pouring rain?"
They reminded me they have extra clothes here. We found extra rain jackets in the house. Managed to find some umbrellas. We put the awning on the wagon. The radar calls for just rain, no lighting or thunder.
So here we go! Wish us luck!

Rainy Day
Today is a big change from yesterday. Yesterday we had a huge crowd-8 kids. It was Landon J.'s first day. What a crazy and loud first day for him. We spent the day baking in the sun at the fair. We had a blast.
THANK YOU SO MUCH TO MY HELPER MEGHAN! There was 12 of us with her and we couldn't have done it without her..and without the kids behaving so well.
This morning the kids showed up a little drowsy during a thunderstorm. Just 4 kids besides my own. We decided to bake cinnamon rolls and rent a movie on demand, "Over the Hedge." The little and big kids loved the movie. They ate their breakfast and built train tracks while they watched.
The big kids( and Madden) are starting to pick up toys as we transition into something else.
Ella and Tobin are down for a morning nap.
Bridgette is excited to write on this post next. She has blog duty today!
Lindsey wants to start craft-making our new sun visors.
Lexie will be here in an hour.
Madden is making choo choo sounds in the background.
Then, the crazy lunch hour will start.
I think maybe this afternoon we will take a walk around the neighborhood and take a look at all the fair crowd. Too chilly/cloudy for the pool.
A nice relaxing day.
Now from BRIDGETTE:
At kates house we went to the faire it was fun. Even with kate and my friends too. Also kate and i are probably going to play spoons and a deck of cards it is very exciting to play with her! in the morning we watch a moive called over the hedge. it was funny. the best part was when the skunk said fire in the hole lol.I had a fun summer see you guys.

End of day:
We decided after to lunch to do our craft.
We made sun visors.
Everyone decorated theirs and they looked pretty neat. So creative
.
We then went on that long walk/bikeride. Kids have now left and it's time to get ready for tomorrow's trip again to the fair. Have a great night!
