A very busy day! Monday, August 1st

Today we had 9 kids..plus my two kids.
11 kids.
WOW!
Thank goodness we had our helper Shawna Hecht who came at the end of lunch hour and stayed until 4pm.

We had four new girls start today as well.
Addison(4) and Kelsi(6) are siblings that are just here for the week. They are friends of our family and their regular school is closed this week.

Hannah(9) and Kaelyn(5) are sisters and will be here for the rest of the summer. They will probably be coming during some school day closures throughout the year.

We have 4 more kids starting this month, 2 of which will be staying for the school year.

Kate's Kids has a busy month ahead with an average of 10 kids a day. I have a helper coming most days to help with lunch and swim time.

The kids are amazingly well behaved and very helpful. The big kids help with the little kids. All the kids are great picking up after themselves. Those who nap, do it without any fuss. They play nicely together and know their rules and guidelines. They all miss eachother when they are gone and it's not their day to be here. Today we are missing Luke, Lexie, and Kyler! Ella is here today and we are glad to see her as she is not here very often this month.

Today is a little cloudy so I am not sure if we will make it out to the pool. I do have a new craft that we can do as a group if we can't swim. The kids like that almost as much.

We needed to catch up on Blog duty so the kids wrote some blurbs! These are unedited!

hi there! what i did today is that i went swimming .It was realy fun. then i got dride off and came downstars  to play with jilly  and we watch some t.v. . and that is what i did today at kates house
